Dear Friends,
Spring is on the horizon. 🙂 Even in a pandemic, the world keeps turning, and the seasons keep changing.
As we approach the end of February, we are reminded that about a year ago the Coronavirus began to spread rapidly, and we are grieved by the over 500,000 deaths in the US that have resulted, as well as those around the world. Many of us have friends or loved ones who have died or suffered. This has truly been a tough season in profound ways. With COVID-19 cases trending downward and vaccinations being increasingly distributed, there may be light at the end of the pandemic tunnel. The nearness of Spring also brings the hope of sunshine, outdoor activities, fresh growth, and new possibilities. We wish all the best for you and your families.
In this issue, we included a brief market insight as well as some tools to help with your Spring cleaning. It might be time to open up that old drawer you’ve been avoiding and throw some stuff out. 🙂
If you are looking for a unique way to spend an afternoon, there is a link below to an outdoor winter roller skating event as well as a virtual egg hunt happening around Easter.
Thank you for the privilege of partnering with you,

Spring Cleaning was a tradition started to clear away Winter’s mess when homes were heated by fire, and soot accumulated during the cold months. These days it’s a great way to declutter and find some lost treasures.
Below is the Ultimate Room by Room cleaning checklist, as well as a list of the important documents to keep so that you can free up some file space.
Saturdays & Sundays through March 2021
Due to popular demand, a unique distanced outdoor skating event will be BACK at the Lloyd Center with no more than 50 people skating at a given time. Rent, or BYO Gear and enjoy the open-air, covered parking garage for some winter skating fun!
Although it looks different this year, Parks & Rec is excited to offer the Annual Egg Hunt.
Hop on over to Woodard Park or Bonita Park from March 19 to April 4 to join in on the fun. Find hidden paper eggs and solve the riddle to receive an egg-cellent prize.
